The adventure starts as you head toward the majestic Mount Kenya Forest, where you’ll check into the charming Castle Forest Lodge. Surrounded by towering indigenous trees and birdsong, the lodge offers the perfect setting to unwind. During your stay, you’ll embark on a guided walk deep into this UNESCO-listed biosphere reserve — home to monkeys, exotic bird species, and unique plant life — and experience the serene beauty of one of Kenya’s most iconic natural sanctuaries.

From the forest, the journey continues to the misty peaks of Aberdare National Park, a region of cascading waterfalls, thick bamboo forests, and moorland scenery.
